Kim Passy - Yoseph

Kim Passy-Yoseph has a diverse work experience, starting in 2006 as an Instructor & Commander in the Israel Defense Forces. After that, they worked as a Training Developer at Effective from 2010 to 2011. Kim then became the Manager of the Hod Hasharon branch at the Israeli Scouts, leading a group of 600 children between the ages of 11-18. From 2013 to 2014, they worked as a Project Manager at Talent-Strategies & Implementation, focusing on talent management in various organizations. In 2013, they briefly worked as an Adops Trafficker at SupersonicAds. From 2015 to 2018, they were the Educational Director/Partner Manager at IsraelExperts, where they organized high-quality Pluralistic trips for Birthright Israel. Currently, they are the Director of Operations at MEJDI Tours, a certified B-corp company that focuses on socially conscious and responsible travel.

Kim Passy - Yoseph completed a Bachelor of Human Behaviour degree in Human Resources and Management from The College of Management Academic Studies, graduating between 2011 and 2014. Following this, Kim pursued a Master's Degree in Immigration and Social Integration, which was obtained from Ruppin Academic Center between 2014 and 2016.
