Mihaela Stan

Mihaela Stan has been working in the Human Resources field since 2005. Mihaela began their career as an HR Coordinator at SC ACE SRL in 2005. In 2008, they moved to SC PROTON AUTO SRL as an HR & Payroll Specialist. In 2012, they took on the role of Talent Manager at Barandi Solutions. Mihaela also worked as an IT Recruiter as a Freelancer from 2011 to 2014. From 2014 to 2017, they held the role of HR Consultant at Life Is Hard. Currently, they are the HR Manager at MEJIX.

Mihaela Stan obtained a Master's degree in Management of Human Resources from Scoala Nationala de Studii Politice si Administrative (SNSPA) between 2005 and 2007. Prior to that, they attended Babes Bolyai University, Cluj-Napoca from 2001 to 2005, where they studied Political and Administrative Sciences, specializing in Social Communication and Public Relations.
