Erica Edwards

Erica Edwards currently serves as Senior Director of Retention & Loyalty at Mejuri, a position held since February 2021, after previously holding the title of Director of Retention & Loyalty Marketing. Prior experience includes a range of leadership roles at Uber from February 2016 to February 2021, where Erica advanced from Senior Marketing Manager to Head of Global CRM for Eater Growth & Engagement. Earlier roles at Virgin Mobile Canada and Bell included positions focused on brand experience and product marketing. A background in graphic and motion design was established through freelance work and at The Sequence Group, servicing prestigious clients such as Warner Brothers, Disney, and Ubisoft. Erica holds a Bachelor's Degree in Honours Business Administration from Ivey Business School and a Diploma with Honours in Digital Design from Vancouver Film School, complementing continuous education at Western University.
