Kate Railton

Kate Railton has over a decade of work experience in human resources and people operations. Kate currently holds the role of SVP People Operations at Mejuri, starting in April 2022. Prior to this, they worked as VP People Operations at Mejuri from November 2019 to April 2022. Before joining Mejuri, Kate worked at Rubikloud Technologies, where they served as HR Advisor from November 2019 to July 2020 and as VP People and Operations from April 2018 to November 2019. Earlier in their career, they held various positions at companies such as BlueCat, Blackhawk Network, Achievers, Head2Head, and Sapphire Technologies. Kate has a strong focus on talent management, employee success, and recruitment, and has implemented effective HR programs throughout their career.

Kate Railton earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Honors Sociology and General Psychology from Wilfrid Laurier University, where they studied from 2003 to 2007. Kate later attended Mohawk College from 2009 to 2010 to obtain a Human Resources Certification (CHRP). Prior to their university education, Kate Railton received a high school diploma from South Carleton High School, completing their studies from 1998 to 2003.
