Lois Hoyt

Lois Hoyt, SPHR has an extensive work experience in the field of human resources. Lois is currently serving as the Vice President of Human Resources at MEK Enterprises Inc. Prior to this, they held the position of Part-Time Adjunct Professor at California State Polytechnic University-Pomona, where they taught organizational behavior and leadership classes.

Previously, they worked as a Vice President of Human Resources at both WMR and Weir Group of Companies. Lois has also served as the Senior Vice President of Human Resources and Training as well as the Chief Human Resources Officer at Altura Credit Union.

Lois has held various director-level roles in human resources at Castle & Cooke (parent company of Dole Foods), Belo Corp. (The Press-Enterprise Newspaper), and Media News Group - Los Angeles Newspaper Group - Inland Empire Division. Lois started their career as a Regional HR Manager for California Operations at CemexUSA.

Throughout their career, Lois has demonstrated strong leadership skills and has achieved impressive results in their roles.

Lois Hoyt, SPHR holds a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree in Organizational Leadership from Chapman University. Lois also has a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Psychology from the same institution. In 2014, Lois obtained the Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification from HRCI.
