Lathifa Ananda Nagiotti Pane has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Lathifa Ananda started their career as a Host/Officer at PT Panen Lestari Internusa, where they worked closely with international beauty and lifestyle brands to promote their products through events and marketing activities. After that, they joined SweetEscape as part of the Vendor Relations team, where they served as the main contact for vendors and clients, ensuring their needs were met and resolving any issues. Lathifa then transitioned to United Creative as a Social Media Marketing team member, collaborating with brands to create content campaigns and community activities to meet their social media targets. Most recently, they worked at Mekari, first as a Partnership Associate for Qontak, a leading enterprise CRM provider, and then as the Partnership, Community & Event Lead. In this role, Lathifa spearheaded the development and execution of community and event programs, building long-term partnerships to support business growth. Throughout their career, they have worked with notable brands such as Indomie, GoJek, Nexcare, Planet Ban, Shell, Estee Lauder, La Mer, The Balm, and many more.
