Shaniqua Adalawiya Pulungan

Shaniqua Adalawiya Pulungan is an experienced professional in customer operations and success, currently serving as the VP of Customer Operation at Mekari since May 2020, after holding several leadership roles within the same company. Shaniqua has successfully set strategic direction for the Customer Success & Support division, built high-performing teams, and collaborated across business units to enhance customer experience. Prior to Mekari, Shaniqua held positions in human resources and leadership, including Vice President of Human Resources at Satoe Indonesia and CEO at Alore Company. Shaniqua holds a Master of Science in E-Business from Newcastle University Business School and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from Institut Teknologi Bandung.
