Max Uusitalo has a solid work history with experience in various roles within different companies. Max began their career in 2013 as a Research Assistant at Russell Reynolds Associates. In 2015, they transitioned to Mekitec and started as a Regional Sales Manager, responsible for managing sales activities in a specific region. In 2017, they were promoted to Business Development Manager, where they played a crucial role in developing and expanding the company's business. In 2021, they became the Director of Business Development, contributing to the growth and success of the organization. Currently, Max Uusitalo holds the position of Director of Product Creation at Mekitec, demonstrating their leadership skills and strategic thinking in product development.

From 2009 to 2016, Max Uusitalo attended Aalto University and obtained their M.Sc. (Econ.) degree in Business Administration.
