Carsten Harbo

Carsten Harbo has extensive work experience in various roles within the finance and business management field. Carsten served as the Head of Risk Management, Internal Control, and Internal Audit at MEKO, the leading car service chain in northern Europe. Prior to that, they were the Head of Financial Advisory and HR Services at Accountor Sverige, one of the largest financial and HR services companies in Northern Europe. Carsten also held leadership positions at Matrisen, where they served as the Vice Managing Director and later as the Managing Director (Partner) of CFO Services. Additionally, they served as a Member of the Board of Management at FEI Företagsekonomiska Institutet and as the Chief Operating Officer at Moretime Business Partner, a multiprofessional audit and consulting firm. Earlier in their career, they worked at Ernst & Young, Resources Global Professional, IMC Luxembourg, Cloetta, and CSM Bakery Supplies Europe (now CSM Bakery Solutions), holding various finance and management roles. Carsten Harbo has a proven track record of driving financial performance, leading teams, and implementing efficient business processes.

Carsten Harbo holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration (Accounting/Audit) from Lund University, which they obtained from 1982 to 1986. Following this, they pursued further education in CPA Training & Courses at IREV and Ernst & Young from 1986 to 1990. Carsten then enrolled in Lund University again, this time completing a Master's degree in Business Administration (Organization) from 2000 to 2001.
