Andrew Whiteside has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Andrew started their career as a Project Manager at The Kendrick Company, where they oversaw the operations of six multi-million dollar building contracts. Andrew handled the materials supply chain, evaluated production quality, and maintained communication with subcontractors to minimize errors and reduce costs.

After that, they joined SCHFDA as a Program Coordinator, where they audited and monitored developments receiving federal and state funds and bonds. Andrew also analyzed housing needs and served as a liaison between the IRS and investors to ensure compliance and allocation of funds.

Next, Andrew moved to Daimler Trucks North America as a Manager and spearheaded the Direct Ship Rationalization project. Andrew improved sourcing, purchasing, pricing, and distribution efficiencies, reduced costs, and explored market opportunities through data analysis.

Andrew then joined Lang-Mekra North America as a Project Manager, where they organized and communicated project goals to customers and suppliers. Andrew resolved project issues, managed risks, and facilitated import and export of goods and services.

Andrew currently works at MEKRA Lang North America, LLC as a Key Account Manager. Andrew manages key accounts, generates new business opportunities, and maximizes sales. Andrew provides monthly product forecasting, monitors industry trends, and strives to improve customer scores in quality, production, and delivery.

Andrew Whiteside's education history begins with their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Business Administration and Management, General, which they obtained from Erskine College from 2001 to 2005. Andrew then pursued an Associate in Occupational Technology degree in Industrial Electricity and Electronics from Midlands Technical College, which they completed from 2005 to 2006. Andrew later furthered their education by earning a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a specialization in International Business from the University of South Carolina-Columbia, which they obtained from 2011 to 2013.

In addition to their formal education, Andrew has also obtained various certifications. Andrew received certification in Basic Electrical Wiring and Industrial Electricity/Electronics from Midlands Technical College in August 2006. In June 2007, they obtained a Commercial Property/Building Inspector certification from the South Carolina Department of Labor, Licensing, and Regulation (LLR). More recently, in September 2016, Andrew obtained a certification in Project Management from the University of South Carolina.
