Michelle Thiel

Michelle Thiel has a diverse background with experience in food preparation, music education, and customer service. Currently serving as a Processor at Mel Trotter Ministries since September 2020, Michelle previously worked as an Assistant Baker at Golden Prairie Bakery, where a strong work ethic and positive attitude were emphasized. Prior experience includes cooking at Edgewood, Spring Wind Assisted Living, with a focus on aesthetically pleasing food presentation and ServSafe certification. Additionally, Michelle contributed musically as a Piano Accompanist at multiple educational institutions, including Indian Paintbrush Elementary School and St. Lawrence Elementary School, while also teaching private piano lessons to various age groups. Earlier roles include working as a Window Washer at GreenRock Window Washing, showcasing a range of skills in both culinary and musical realms. Michelle holds a BA in Music with a concentration in Piano from CollegePlus/Thomas Edison, completed in 2018.
