Pam Southland has extensive experience in finance and customer service roles across various organizations. Currently serving as Finance Office Manager and previously as Financial Administrative Assistant at Mel Trotter Ministries since March 2021, Pam has also held positions such as Customer Service Manager in the Door Division at Lumbermen’s Inc. and Accounting Customer Service Manager at Advance Local. A significant part of Pam's career was spent at Advantage Solutions, where Pam advanced from Customer Service Specialist to Customer Service Manager over a span of 14 years. Earlier career experience includes the role of Sales Support Coordinator at Acosta Sales & Marketing. Pam is an alumnus of Grand Valley State University.
