Emma Begi is a professional with diverse experience in customer success, social media marketing, and sales support. Currently serving as a Customer Success and Social Media Marketer at Melanin Kapital since October 2023, Emma previously held the position of Social Media Marketer at RETAIL from January 2023 to September 2023. Prior roles include Sales Specialist and Customer Support at Wabi Project from January 2019 to January 2023, Supply Chain Associate at Woolworths from August 2019 to December 2019, Supply Chain Management Intern at Nairobi City Hall from April 2019 to August 2019, and Procurement Assistant at General Stores for a brief period in June to July 2019.
