Darsha Ham

Darsha Ham currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Mel X World, where the focus is on enhancing businesses through innovative virtual reality shopping experiences. Additionally, Darsha holds the position of Chief Operating Officer at Melanoid Exchange, which aims to support over 600 minority small businesses in overcoming challenges related to the high failure rates of early-stage consumer packaged goods ventures. Parallel to these roles, Darsha also works as a Psychiatric Registered Nurse at IntraCare North Hospital. Darsha Ham earned a degree in Nursing from Texas Woman's University between 2014 and 2018.
