Gina Kirchner

Gina Kirchner is an experienced practice manager and administrative consultant with a robust background in healthcare and electoral services. Currently serving as the Practice Manager at the Sydney Melanoma & Surgical Oncology at Melanoma Institute Australia since October 2025, Gina has held various significant roles in the industry, including positions as Patient Services Manager and Admissions & Discharge Manager at Adventist HealthCare Limited from July 2022 to October 2025. Additional experience includes managing practices in oral and maxillofacial surgery, orthopaedics, and multidisciplinary GP clinics. Alongside healthcare roles, Gina has contributed to the Australian Electoral Commission and the NSW Electoral Commission as a Polling Place Liaison Officer, Trainer, and Voting Centre Manager.
