Hayley Dean

Hayley Dean is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in leadership roles across the disability and community services sectors. Currently serving as Chief Executive Officer and Chief Outcomes Officer at Melba Support Services since January 2017, Hayley previously held the position of Chief Executive Officer on a contract basis at The Nookie Project, focusing on sexual health education for young people. Prior experience includes Chief Operating Officer at MOIRA and Director at Synthesize Consultancy Pty. Ltd., providing strategic solutions for service providers. Hayley has contributed significantly to various projects, including an 18-month initiative with the Victorian Department of Human Services and has held senior management roles in both community and commercial environments. Academically, Hayley has furthered professional development through courses at Harvard Business School, the Australian Institute of Company Directors, and earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Disability from Deakin University.
