Roger Chao MBA, FAICD, FGIA is an accomplished professional with extensive experience across various sectors, including healthcare, governance, and technology. Currently serving as a member of the Patient Review Panel and holding leadership roles such as Chair and Non-Executive Director for the Victorian Emergency Relief and Recovery Foundation, Melba Support Services, and RWAV - Rural Workforce Agency Victoria, Roger focuses on enhancing service delivery and governance practices.
