Bianca La Serra serves as the New Proposition Lead at 1835i since September 2023 and is also a Board Member at The Research Society starting in December 2024. Bianca holds the role of Start Up Mentor at the Melbourne Accelerator Program (MAP), where guidance is provided to startup founders on strategic issues. Previous experience includes serving as VP of Digital Innovation Qual at Schlesinger Group, and as CEO & Founder of Telmy, alongside founding roles at Pearl Research. Earlier career positions included Associate Director at EY Sweeney and Senior Research Consultant at ORIMA Research. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Commerce from the University of Melbourne, an Honours in Marketing from Monash University, and a recent Certificate in Design Thinking & Innovation from Harvard Business School Online.
