David Simpson

David Simpson, M. Ed, currently serves as the Director of Learning Enhancement & Support at Melbourne Girls Grammar since August 2021, and is also an Advisory Board Member for the Melbourne Girls Grammar Institute since August 2022. With a robust background in education, David has previously held roles such as Head of Science (Middle School) and Head of House at Haileybury from November 2014 to August 2021, and Head of Middle School at Tintern Grammar for most of 2014. Additionally, experience includes serving as an eLearning Leading Teacher and Classroom Teacher at St. Helena Secondary College from January 2009 to December 2013, and a leadership role at GE Capital as Team Leader from 2005 to 2007. David holds a Doctor of Philosophy in Education from Charles Sturt University and a Master of Education in Educational Leadership and Administration from Monash University, complemented by a Bachelor of Science from the University of Melbourne.
