Alicia Parsons is an experienced clinical psychologist currently serving as the Clinical Lead and Senior Clinical Psychologist at The Royal Melbourne Hospital since May 2022. Prior to this role, Alicia worked as a Senior Clinical Psychologist at Austin Health from December 2016 to May 2022 and as a Clinical Psychologist at The Three Seas Psychology Group in early 2016. Previously, Alicia provided individual therapy and consultation services at The Royal Melbourne Hospital & NorthWestern Mental Health from 2012 to late 2016, addressing various clinical needs across different services. Alicia began her career at On the Line Australia, offering crisis assessment for individuals at risk of suicide from 2011 to 2012, and has also held academic roles at RMIT University as a sessional tutor. Alicia's early experience includes serving as a Case Manager and Provisional Psychologist with Mid West Mental Health Service from 2007 to 2009. Alicia holds a Doctor of Clinical Psychology from RMIT University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Arts/Commerce from Monash University.
