Fariba Farahani

Fariba Farahani is a Senior Biomedical Engineer at The Royal Melbourne Hospital since August 2021, leading diverse health technology projects, including a $250K Catheterisation Laboratory upgrade, focusing on project management, scheduling, and compliance. Previously, Fariba served as a Biomedical Engineer at Western Health from May 2013 to August 2021, where key contributions included leading the biomedical engineering efforts for the $200 million Joan Kirner hospital project and successfully commissioning over 2500 medical devices in a tight timeframe. Education includes a Bachelor of Engineering in Biomedical Engineering from Tehran Science & Research Azad University and a recent course from RMIT Online.
