Fiona McCormack is an experienced healthcare professional with a strong background in project management and community partnerships. Currently serving as the Project Manager for eReferral and previously as Community Partnerships Coordinator at The Royal Melbourne Hospital from July 2009 to present, Fiona has a track record of enhancing healthcare delivery. Prior experience includes roles as Hospital Admissions Risk Program Coordinator at Austin Health and Continuum of Care Manager at St Vincents & Mercy Private Hospital Melbourne. Fiona holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Nursing from Australian Catholic University Victoria, a Graduate Diploma in Health Promotion from Latrobe University, and completed the Chameleon Leadership Program at Melbourne Business School.
