Zoe Minton is a seasoned human resources professional with over a decade of experience in various HR roles. Currently serving as a Senior Human Resources Business Partner at Melbourne Water since October 2013, Zoe has also held positions such as Capability and Experience Manager and HR Business Partner for the Service Delivery Portfolio. Prior to this, Zoe worked at National Australia Bank from September 2009 to October 2013, first as an eLearning Consultant and later as a Learning and Development Consultant. Zoe's earlier career includes significant roles at Coles, where duties ranged from HR Advisor to People and Capability Project Manager. Zoe holds a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment and a degree in Human Resources and Business Management from RMIT University, along with foundational education from Assumption College Kilmore.
