Dylan Ogilvie

Dylan Ogilvie is an experienced general manager with a strong background in operations management within the construction industry. Since January 2017, Dylan has served as General Manager Operations and Director at Melchor Contracting, overseeing the company’s acquisition by Monadelphous and managing projects of various sizes and complexities. Prior to this role, Dylan worked at Fremantle Constructions Pty Ltd from February 2006 to January 2017, where responsibilities included resource planning, HR/IR management, HSEQ, financial control, procurement, and business development, along with the development of corporate systems for quality assurance and safety accreditations. Dylan's educational background includes studies at Padua College and attendance at the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
