Devon van der Merwe

Devon van der Merwe is a seasoned professional with a strong background in surveillance and security. Currently serving as Supervisor of Surveillance Special Projects at Melco Resorts & Entertainment since April 2019, Devon has previously held the position of Surveillance Operator within the same organization. Prior experience includes a role as an Analyst at Safeguard Security Services in early 2018 and various leadership positions at The Republic of Kollegetehuis from 2014 to 2017, including State President and State Prosecutor. Devon holds an Honours degree in Criminology from the University of Pretoria and a Bachelor of Arts in Criminology and Psychology, also from the University of Pretoria, with foundational education completed at Christian Brothers College.
