EDGARDO PARAS is an experienced culinary professional with a career spanning several prominent companies in the hospitality industry. Currently serving as Chef de Cuisine for Banquet Events and Production at Melco Crown Entertainment since April 2014, Edgardo has previously held positions such as Assistant Chef de Cuisine at Disney Cruise Line, Executive Sous Chef at CSS Thomson Cruises, and Executive Sous Chef at Norwegian Cruise Line, where responsibilities included acting as a direct link between the food and beverage department and assisting the Executive Chef. Edgardo began the culinary journey as a Sous Chef at Star Cruises, focusing on western and oriental cuisine while managing food cost and production. Edgardo's educational background includes studies at the Technological University of the Philippines from 1977 to 1978.
