Norman Liang

Norman Liang has a diverse work experience in the IT industry. Norman started their career at Oracle as a Senior Technical Staff from 1993 to 1997. Later, they joined Viador as a Director, where they designed and maintained large-scale data warehousing applications from 1997 to 2005. In 2005, they became an IT Manager at AIA before moving to Melco Crown Entertainment in 2008. At Melco, they served as the VP of Global IT Operations, leading a team of 180 members responsible for the support and operation of IT infrastructures and systems across multiple properties worldwide.

Norman Liang attended St. Paul's College in Hong Kong from 1981 to 1986. Norman then pursued a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from the University of California, Berkeley, graduating in 1993.
