Paul Albano

Paul Albano has a diverse work experience in software engineering. Paul worked as a Senior Software Engineer at Melco International LLC since 2018. Prior to that, they were a Senior Software Engineer at Proofpoint from 2017 to 2018. Paul also had a significant tenure at Amazon.com from 2011 to 2015, where they worked as a Software Development Engineer. Their primary focus was on scalability challenges in backend systems, rearchitecting legacy systems to more scalable solutions using AWS technologies. Before that, they worked as a Sr. Software Engineer at Melco Embroidery Systems from 2001 to 2011, where they were responsible for algorithm design and implementation, UI design, and working with Visual C++.

From 1997 to 2001, Paul Albano attended the University of Colorado Boulder, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Applied Mathematics and Computer Science.
