Jessica Caird

Jessica Caird is currently the Global Enterprise Technical Account Lead at meldCX, a position held since October 2023. Previously, Jessica worked as an Account Executive at Juro from May to December 2022 and served as a Territory Account Manager at Cisco Meraki from April 2018 to May 2022, where Jessica also co-led the Women of Meraki initiative for the Asia Pacific, Japan, and China (APJC) regions. Earlier experience includes working as an Account Development Representative at Cisco Meraki and as a Worldwide Sales Intern at Cisco in mid-2017. Jessica holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Melbourne and has also engaged in studies at Ormond College, Columbia University, and St Peters Lutheran College.
