Keith Lorenz Ponce has a diverse work experience in the field of software quality assurance and web development. Keith Lorenz is currently working as a Senior Software Quality Assurance Engineer at meldCX since 2022. Prior to this, they served as a QA Automation Engineer at iScale Solutions from November 2021 to June 2022, where they played a vital role in introducing and implementing an automated testing solution. Additionally, they helped project management with issue management and review.

From June 2020 to November 2021, Keith worked as a Quality Assurance Engineer at Innovuze Solutions, Inc. During this time, they led QA teams and contributed to minimizing development time through immediate actionable feedback. Keith Lorenz also improved execution time for automated testing and implemented a Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery pipeline for regression testing. Moreover, they conducted workshops to disseminate project knowledge to team members and non-technical employees.

Furthermore, Keith gained experience as a Web Developer at Innovuze Solutions, Inc. in 2018. In this role, they collaborated with other developers to upgrade a website using Python 3 and implemented enhancements for multiple pages. Additionally, they worked on building APIs for communication between a Django web server and a single-page application.

Furthermore, in January 2021, Keith earned the "Introduction to Data Studio" certification from Google, followed by the "Google Analytics for Beginners" certification in February 2021.
