Learning And Development Lead (na-11) at MELE Associates

Ashley Schneider has a diverse work experience. Ashley is currently working as a Learning and Development Lead for MELE Associates, Inc., where they lead the Learning and Development efforts for the Office of Research, Development, Test, and Evaluation in the Office of Defense Programs for the National Nuclear Securities Administration. Prior to this, they held the same position for the Office of Infrastructure in the Office of the Chief of Staff for the National Nuclear Securities Administration. Ashley has also worked as an Instructional Designer for the National Nuclear Security Administration's Office of Safety, Infrastructure, and Operations, where they developed training materials and facilitated workshops. Before joining MELE Associates, Inc., Ashley worked as a Tutor, providing tutorial support for K-3 children with learning challenges. Ashley also has experience in education, where they worked as a Head Teacher and an Associate Teacher at Saint Ann's School, where they designed and implemented curriculum and supported all learners. In addition, Ashley has prior experience as a Writer and Editor, where they wrote and edited instructional materials and conducted user research to drive social media content.

Ashley Schneider completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in English Language and Literature, with a minor in Russian Language and Literature, at Boston College from 2008-2012. In 2010, they also pursued a program in Russian Language and Literature at the Kathryn Wasserman Davis School of Russian at Middlebury College. Currently, they are pursuing a Master of Arts degree in English Language and Literature at Middlebury College, expected to be completed in 2024.
