Michael M. serves as an Emergency Management Specialist at Tekniam, LLC, where responsibilities include leading public safety demonstrations and managing the implementation of the Remote Universal Communications System. As a Law Enforcement Response Subject Matter Expert with MELE Associates, Inc., Michael provides direct support to the Office of Radiological Security for the United States Department of Energy, instructing various government and first responder entities. Michael is the owner of M-Eight LLC Consulting Services, which offers innovative security consulting, leveraging expertise in law enforcement operations. Additionally, consulting services in executive security and threat mitigation are provided through Soterias Alliance. Previously, Michael led the Fraternal Order of Police - DC Lodge 1 as President, guiding a membership of 9,000 law enforcement officers, and served as a Senior Police Officer with the Metropolitan Police Department of the District of Columbia before retirement. Education includes ongoing studies in Criminal Justice and Law Enforcement Administration at EGCC.
