Cheryl Merino, SPHR, GPHR, is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles across multiple industries. Currently serving as the Regional Human Resources Manager and Site Manager for MELEXIS since June 2016, Cheryl previously held the position of Director of Human Resources at Dynamic Tire Corp/GOMA, where responsibilities included overseeing HR functions for US market expansion. Cheryl's earlier roles include Director of Human Resources at MEMSIC, Inc., where a focus on HR operations spanned both the US and China, and Human Resources Manager positions at Maine Industrial Tire and Memsic, Inc., emphasizing payroll, employee relations, and talent acquisition.
