Dheena Latheef

Dheena Latheef is currently serving as a Food Hygiene and Sustainability Officer at Meliá Hotels International since January 2024. Prior to this role, Dheena worked as a Food Safety & Hygiene Officer at Miramar Al Aqah Beach Resort from August 2023 to March 2024 and as a Production Executive at Lulu Flight Kitchen from November 2021 to May 2023. Dheena began professional experience with an internship at KALADY RICE MILLERS CONSORTIUM PRIVATE LIMITED in October 2020. Academic qualifications include a Post Graduate Diploma in Food Safety and Quality Management from Indira Gandhi National Open University, ongoing since October 2021, and a Bachelor's degree in Food Technology and Processing from St. Teresa's College, completed in 2021.
