Laurence Neumann

Laurence Neumann is currently serving as the Cluster Director of Sales & Marketing for Gran Melia Nha Trang and Melia Nha Trang at Meliá Hotels International since November 2023. Prior experience includes the role of Cluster Director of Sales Distribution at Marriott Hotels for the Salzburg Complex from April 2022 to August 2023, and Director of Sales and Marketing at Sheraton Hotels & Resorts from August 2019 to December 2020. Laurence has also held positions such as Group Director of Strategic Sales at GCP Hospitality, Director of Business Development at Pullman Saigon Centre, and Director of Sales at Sofitel and Pullman Hotels & Resorts. Early career roles include Senior Sales Manager at Grand Mercure Hongqiao Shanghai and Market Development Executive. Laurence has pursued education in New Media Marketing for the Hospitality Professional at Cornell University, a BA in Tourism Management from the University of Staffordshire, and various degrees in tourism and language studies from institutions in Germany and France.
