Pamela Polanco

Pamela Polanco has extensive experience in human resources and organizational development, currently serving as a Hotel Organizational Development Specialist at Meliá Hotels International since March 2015. In this role, Pamela leads the implementation of operational models for hotels in EMEA and Latin America, focusing on aligning local needs with company strategy while enhancing efficiency and reducing costs.
