Vanessa Souza

Vanessa Souza currently serves as Executive Assistant to the Managing Director for Latin America at Meliá Hotels International since January 2024. Previously, Vanessa worked as Gerente de Vendas Area Brasil at Playformance, where responsibilities included developing sales strategies, client relations, and active prospecting. Vanessa's experience also encompasses supervisory and management roles in reservation departments at Belmond, WTC Events Center, Sheraton São Paulo WTC Hotel, Hilton Worldwide, and Pullman Hotels & Resorts. Vanessa holds a postgraduate degree in Financial Business Management from Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie and a bachelor's degree in Tourism from Universidade Paulista.
