Dwaine Hewitt Jr. has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Dwaine started their career as a Call Center Specialist at Connextions in 2008. From 2009 to 2010, they worked as a Software Test Engineer at Microsoft through Volt Workforce Solutions, where they conducted testing for various projects and managed resources in China.

In 2010, Hewitt joined Microsoft as a Software Development Engineer in Test. During their tenure from 2010 to 2014, they focused on testing and understanding the architecture of knowledge management and diagnostics systems within Microsoft Engineering, Customer Interactions, and Online (ECO).

In 2015, Hewitt worked as a Systems Engineer 6 / Test Lead at Apex Systems, where they oversaw the testing of a communication validation system and collaborated with developers to resolve issues and improve testing frameworks.
