Kristen Falcone has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Kristen started their career as an Associate Programmer/Analyst at US Surgical in 1997. Kristen then worked at Modem Media as a Webmaster and later as an Associate Solutions Architect, where they managed technical teams and provided strategic guidance on development projects.
In 2003, Kristen joined MetLife as a Marketing Analyst and later became the Manager of e-Business, overseeing web-based initiatives for the Long-Term Care Insurance product line. Kristen also worked as a Senior Business Consultant, managing system initiatives and serving as a primary contact for business and system issues.
In 2008, Kristen joined GE, where they held various roles. Kristen worked as a Project Manager for Enterprise Systems, leading initiatives related to Asset Management and ITIL Processes. Kristen also served as a Senior Team Leader for Business Solutions, managing development in the Corporate, Capital, and Healthcare instances of ServiceNow, and led a global team of direct reports and contractors.
In 2017, Kristen joined Melillo Consulting as a Senior Project Manager. Overall, they have extensive experience in project management, technical strategy, team leadership, and collaboration with stakeholders.
Kristen Falcone received a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Psychology from Boston College, where they studied from 1993 to 1997. In addition to their bachelor's degree, they have obtained a Certified Implementation Specialist - IT Service Management certification from ServiceNow in February 2018, and a ServiceNow Certified System Administrator certification from the same institution in May 2017.
