Damnish Kumar

Damnish Kumar has a diverse range of work experience spanning different industries and roles. Damnish began their career in 2004 as a Project Manager at Appulse, where they gained experience in multi-location team management. In 2006, they joined HyTech Professionals as the Director of Technology, overseeing software solutions and leading the company towards business profitability. In 2007, Damnish became a Director at both GenXM, the mobile division of HyTechPro, and Guru Components LLC, working on mobile app development and building Microsoft .Net controls, respectively. In 2009, they joined the PAN IIT 2010 Conclave as a Participation Committee Member, responsible for member registration and participation. Damnish's entrepreneurial pursuits include co-founding MapleLMS in 2012, focusing on corporate training and integrating with Salesforce, as well as co-founding mElimu Learning Management System, an affordable digital learning platform. In 2016, they became a Co-Founder of YoGems, an EdTech startup revolutionizing extra-curricular activities in India through technology and data analysis. Damnish has also been involved in alumni associations, serving as the Secretary of the IIT Kanpur Alumni Association Outer Delhi Chapter and the Chair of the "Delhi-NCR" Chapter for the IIT Mentors Global Mentorship Program.

Damnish Kumar completed their Master of Science (MS) degree in Mathematics and scientific computing at the Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur from 1995 to 2000. Prior to that, they attended Manohar Bhushan Inter College Bareilly for their Senior Secondary education with a focus on Science (Mathematics, Physics, and Chemistry). Damnish also attended R G P Inter College Kalagarh for their High School education with a similar scientific focus. Their primary education was completed at Saraswati Shishu Mandir Moradabad. Additionally, Damnish Kumar obtained a certification in "Google Digital Unlocked - The Online Marketing Fundamentals" from Google in June 2017.
