Rose Matthews

Rose Matthews has extensive experience in community development, currently serving as a Councilor for Community Council since May 2017. In addition to this role, Rose has been involved with Melin Homes since June 1993, focusing on planning and managing projects, fostering partnerships, and mentoring volunteer groups. Rose holds a Foundation Degree in Community Development and Cross Sector Working from UHOVI, obtained from 2012 to 2015.
