Matt Brown is a seasoned entrepreneur with extensive experience in the education recruitment sector. As Co-Founder and CEO of Dunbar Education since 2016, Matt oversees strategy, sales, and operations across both Temporary and Permanent Divisions, specializing in recruitment for primary, secondary, and SEN settings throughout London and the South of England. In 2020, Matt co-founded iCan Teach UK, focusing on assisting international teachers in relocating to the UK, with initial efforts targeting teachers from Ireland, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand. Additionally, since January 2023, Matt serves as Co-Founder and Director of Melio Life Science, a company dedicated to recruiting in the pharmaceutical and biotechnology sectors across Europe and North America. Prior experience includes roles as Senior Consultant at Hourglass Education and Hays, specializing in educational and construction recruitment respectively. Matt holds a BA Hons in Media, Culture, and Communication from the University of Greenwich.
