Selina Maini is a Lead Consultant in the Medical Device sector at Melio Life Science since October 2023, overseeing a team of Recruiters to support growing medical device companies in the EU and US, particularly in QA/RA, Sales and Business Development, and R&D. Previously, Selina served as a Senior Consultant in Regulatory Affairs and Quality Assurance at Park Avenue Recruitment and as the Head of Regulatory and Quality USA at Medella Life, emphasizing talent acquisition in the pharmaceuticals industry across the Benelux region. Additional experience includes roles as an Associate Consultant at Page Personnel and a Sales Advisor at River Island. Selina holds a Master’s degree in Children's Literature and a Bachelor's degree in English Literature from the University of Roehampton.
