Natalie Carlin

Natalie Carlin is an experienced professional in the field of education and behavioral support, currently serving as an ABA Instructor at Meliora Academy since August 2014. Natalie's expertise includes implementing teaching programs, collecting academic and behavioral data, and creating visual supports tailored to individual needs. Additionally, Natalie has a background in tutoring and acting as a teaching assistant at West Hartford Public Schools since September 2010, where responsibilities include supporting students on home-bound and assisting in lesson planning. Prior experience includes working as a Special Education Paraprofessional in the ESY Summer Program and as a Behavior Therapist at Applied Behavioral Strategies, developing socially significant instructional programs for individuals with autism. Natalie holds a Master’s degree in Autism and Applied Behavior Analysis from the University of Saint Joseph and a Bachelor’s degree in Spanish and Psychology from Suffolk University.
