Roie Azar

Roi Azar serves as a director on the Melisron board of directors as of August 2022. In addition to his role as a director in the company, Mr. Azar serves as the VP of Investments at Ofer Investments Ltd. and the Investment Manager of Ofer Capital Ltd., both companies owned by the company’s controlling shareholder. Also, Mr. Azar serves as a director in private companies from the Ofer Investments group.

In the past, Roi Azar served in various management positions at X.T. Holdings Ltd., the last of which was investment manager at X.T.’s venture capital fund. Mr. Azar has extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions, international financing and has financial expertise.

Mr. Azar holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting and economics from the University of Haifa and an MBA from Northwestern University and Tel Aviv University.
