Sheila Alon

Sheila Alon is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as the Director of People and Engagement at Melisron since June 2014, Sheila oversees HR strategies and supports organizational changes during the company's merger with GROO. Prior to this, Sheila held the position of Human Resources Director at WebsPlanet, where responsibilities included establishing HR infrastructures and implementing talent management processes. Sheila also served as an HR Manager at WebsPlanet and as an HR Business Partner at KPMG-Somekh Chaikin, contributing to recruitment and classification for a large international organization. Sheila began their career as an Economist at the Israel Electric Corporation, focusing on statistical analyses. Sheila holds a Master's degree in Organizational Development and Counseling from The College of Management Academic Studies and a Bachelor's degree in Behavioral Sciences from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev.
