Shlomo Sharf

Shlomo Sharf has served as an external director of Melisron since 2014. He also heads the Audit and Remuneration Committee, and is a member of the company’s Financial Statements, Hiring, and Tenders Committees. Mr. Sharf holds a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering. He has a rich track record and has served in executive positions in public real estate companies, including CEO of the Azrieli Group Ltd. and CEO of Electra Real Estate Ltd. In addition to his position as external director, Mr. Sharf is an external director of Delta Galil Industries Ltd, a public company, and of Midroog Ltd, and also works as a real estate consultant.
