John Peale

John Peale is an experienced football coach and educator currently serving as a Football Coach and Teacher at MELISSA ISD since August 2020, where responsibilities include coaching the Offensive Line and teaching Government and Economics. Prior to this role, John worked as an Admissions Counselor at the University of Redlands from July 2015 to June 2020, recruiting high school students from Texas, Kansas, and Oklahoma. John's coaching experience includes serving as an Offensive Assistant for the University of Southern California in 2013, focusing on offensive scouting reports and player academics, and as an Assistant Football Coach and Recruiting Coordinator at Redlands High School from September 2004 to December 2012. John's teaching background includes a significant tenure with the Redlands Unified School District, where John taught a Special Education class and developed Individualized Education Plans. John holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Redlands and a Bachelor's degree in History from the same institution.
