Taylor Ladd is an experienced educator currently serving as an Instructional Specialist at MELISSA ISD since August 2016. Taylor has also held roles as an Innovative Design Teacher and New Teacher Ambassador, as well as teaching English Language Arts. In addition, Taylor provides private tutoring services through T3 Tutoring since December 2022. Prior experience includes teaching Adult English as a Second Language at McKinney Public Library from December 2014 to August 2016. Taylor holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English Language and Literature from the University of North Texas and graduated from Blue Ridge High School.
