Melissa Kevra is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in performance management, talent acquisition, and organizational development. Currently serving as the Founder and Fractional Executive at Melissa Kevra Consulting LLC, Melissa partners with CEOs to enhance strategic planning, leadership effectiveness, and organizational culture. Previously, at OneGoal, Melissa held multiple leadership roles, including Lead of Performance Management and Engagement, where Melissa developed comprehensive performance management processes, and Lead of Talent Analytics and Project Management, focusing on data-driven talent strategies.
